Little Dippers
(2 – 6 months)

This weekly splash, play and learn swim program is a 30 minute group class for younger infants and a caregiver. It is instructor directed, but parent taught and is the perfect way to acclimate infants to the water while introducing water safety skills. Infants will learn to balance in the water and be introduced to back floating in preparation for private Infant Survival lessons.

Infant Survival
(6 – 15 months)

This 4-week program teaches infants 6 to 15 months to roll onto their backs from a face down or submerged position to relax and breathe, while fully clothed, in preparation for joining a group Aquababies class.

Lessons are one-on-one, 4 days a week (M-Tu-W-Th), 10 minutes long for 4 consecutive weeks.

Infant Aquatics®
( 16 Months – 3 Years)

This 6-week program teaches toddlers and younger children the swim-float-swim sequence. Children will learn to swim a short distance with face fully submerged, to roll onto their back to float and rest whenever they need to breathe, and to flip back onto their tummy to continue to swim to safety while fully clothed. The swim-float-swim sequence serves as the foundation for future stroke development and prepares our students to advance into our Aquababies and FunDay group lessons. Lessons are one-on-one, 4 days a week (M-Tu-W-Th), 10 minutes long for 6 consecutive weeks.

Swim Wizards
(4 years)

This program is for 4 year olds. Because older children have more stamina and longer attention spans, their private one-on-one lessons are 20 minutes long. Children will learn to perform the swim-float-swim sequence in deep water for 30-50 feet in preparation for introductory stroke technique group classes. They will be able to perform all of their skills while fully clothed. Lessons are one-on-one, 4 days a week (Monday through Thursday) for three consecutive weeks.
